salmon and frozen chicken breast in microwave

any one know how to cook salmon in micrwave, how long per ounce. Also same question for a frozen chicken breast, thanks

I just let my out of the fidge in the morning or whenever i wake up, and its ready for cookin after workout, sumtimes even before

you know what.. actually spray sum cooking spray on it before cookin with it.. it works awesome for me!

chicken breast in microwave is OK but better with a grill or in the oven
