I hear people, including people who are cutting, talk about eating rice to get *some* carbs.
Yet I understand rice has a higher glycemic index than spaghetti. So why do people eat rice?
And what's the best source of carbs for someone trying to seriously cut? Going into ketosis isn't the answer.... or is it?
