Excerpt: I was reading about AIP which is autoimmune protocol diet which helps to reduce inflammation in the body and heal the gut. i currently was diagnosed with crohns and it is making things tough on me and my doctor said there was no cure so he put me on drugs that are making me sicker. anyone shed some light on this diet to help me?

    don't go on crohns drugs, those do not cure it. they mask it

    you can cure crohns and at worst manage it by learning how to fast, i highly suggest reading the ebook in my signature

    Google the term FODMAP. That will help you eliminate inflammatory foods.
