    Their guts will be down to the sheer volume (they ate shit loads) and total calorific intake. And who said beef has no carbs?

    if you are overweight I would not be eating red meat everyday. it doesn't matter if it is 0 carbs lol, when you consume red meat it still converts to sugars in the body, that is called glucogenesis. a true keto diet you would never eat red meat daily, maybe every 3 days tops

    Grass fed, grass finished beef is a good option in any diet but not something you really want to eat every day.

    Look at the caloric content. Red meat is going to be considerably higher per ounce than say fish or chicken, mostly because of fat content. So consider that when comparing
