"Good" Carbs on Off Days for cutting?

Hey, Im cutting right now and I try and have a lot of carbs pre/post lifting sessions. The rest of the day I just get carbs from greens. My question is on my off days is it ok to have carbs like old fashion oats, 100% wheat bread etc.? If so, how much, ...im assuming earlier in the day is better?

Overall I try and limit my carbs (other than greens) around lifting times...but on an off day could I have some toast in the morning, then maybe later in the early afternoon some old fashion oats mixed with some whey or will that slow my cutting down?
 
It depends on your attitude to carbs and your macro goals.

If your going to have some carbs on off days, post cardio would be best, otherwise earlier in day.
 
I eat carbs everyday, even cutting. Just keep them in your earlier meals and around workouts. Just make sure they are complex carbs, and veggies.
