AIFM will raise test and lower oestrogen when used off cycle (lower doses can be used) and you can run straight or with days off (some people like this).

IMO try it a couple different ways and see what works best for you. remember its all about you and how you respond (not everyone else :) )

It really helps me with drying out... big time. Great product.
 
Well then, Tuesday, May 2 2006, is there a better time to do this than RIGHT NOW!?

Too tired last night to do tape, figure its best i get my shite together until thursday to rid myself of last weeks REWARD lbs, so that i get a real measure of where i am at, itstead of bloated-looks-like-better-progress-than-it-is meausures... :)

Only 7 intervals this morning, legs screaming from Sumo's yesterday?
Up: level 12, 95-100 rpm (Last HR: 158bpm)
Down: level 12, 40-45 rpm

20 minutes LifeEliptical at 142-145bpm, level 12
(guess it was a 'Level 12' kinda morning...)

Inverted Pikes:
3 sets of 8

Damn these were a bitch this morning, but got the 8th one out on the last set, so all's cool...
Elevated Cable Crunches:
8 @ 150lbs, 8 @ 175lbs, 8 @185lbs. Next time going to 195lbs, YAH!!!

I do them kneeling on a stool, so i can crunch 'below sea level', gives a MUCH greater contraction than doing them on a mat.
Cable WoodChops:
8 @ 60lbs, 8 @ 90lbs, 8@ 100lbs, going up next time on these too....

Damn i love these! One of the few HEAVY exercises that work the Transverse Abdominus without hammering your External Obliques. Transverse Abdoms are the deep cross that pull in sub-abdominal protrusion, miracle exercise as far as i am concerned.

SOoooo.... last night i thought i came up with a plan to make a SuperStar Client (mightyT44, actually) hurl into the nearest recepticle... BUT NOOOOOO! DAYUM!! She kicked some ass so hard there is ass-shrapnel all over the ceiling of the gym!!!

Will post her abuse-conquering effort later if she is cool with it... Inspiring to see someone, between rasping breaths and sweat pouring, curse me for even SUGGESTING finishing the set with lower weight?!?!? HELL YES IT IS!!! ("I can do this, no problem, I can do this! Dont you even THINK ABOUT IT!!!")
