    I've been mixing my cottage cheese with a scoop of protein powder and milk. Nice and creamy and thick too. about 50g of protein.

    My favorite is boiled eggs...they are portable.I usually eat like 4-5 ... 40 grams of protein,20 grams of fat if you eat all the yolks(I usually don't) and like 200 calories.they keep pretty well out of the fridge for a few hours,and you can fix them up with spices and hot sauce...not too bad.

    no fat cottage cheese. 500g 20g carb, 64g pro, 1-2g fat
    no cooking, no opening a can just pop the lid and chow
