Question about low carb intake

I have been lowering my carbs to around 250 grams a day now and have been eating more protein and efas. Is it possible to lose muscle tissue if I am eating all this protein?
 
It's possible, it takes a lot of additional protein to make up for a slight reduction in carbs (I can explain if you want). You can still head this off by eating enough protein. how much pro are you getting now?
 
That should be enough to minimize it. If you are burning more than you eat, you'll lose a little, but that's a respectable intake, and your carbs don't look horrible either. Just be sure to listen to your body.
 
Muscle loss will always be an issue if you are calorie deficent but from the sound of what you're describing I don't think you have much to worry about.
