question about early morning food

question:
I am lifting in the morning 3 x week and doing fasted cardio the other three days (one rest day)
i am a little unsure what and when to be eating in the early mornings.
I have been having a protein shake pre workout, then when I come home eggs, oatmeal and banana for post w/o and breakfast combined.
should I be having another protein shake after the lifting, even though I am probably still digesting the first one?
Also, for after the fasted cardio - do i really require a protein shake after cardio, or can i just have the eggs and oatmeal? Its usually a whole egg with a couple egg whites.
This is all in a window from 5:30 a.m. -7:30 a.m. so I don't want to be overeating in such a small time frame.

It looks like you have it down pretty good to me but I'm not a pro. The only thing I would do different is before your fasted cardio I would take some BCAAs and possibly some Whey Protein before so you aren't catabolizing muscle during your workout.
