It's just an overpriced multi vit/mineral....stick w/ the generic multi vit/mineral and you'll be fine, it's all hype.

I mean COME ON:

what the hell is that supposed to mean? lol, too much hype in one page'

lol thats funny.. i was kinda thinking the same thing. but i thought heck maybe it would be good to add to the list of supplements. companies tend to exagerate the truth of things dont they...

the only advantage of spirulina is Chlorophyll

but I am not sure it helps much

Yo if you are gong to add anything to your diet when it comes to weight managment. I would have to either say Life Essentials Multi or Metabodrine. Funny all can be found in your local Vitamin Shoppe. more so, remember to clean out those insides with some psyllium husk ... sometimes we feel fat, but it is just 10 pounds of dead and rotting food stuck inside our system.
