To Protein Shake Or Not To Protein Shake

Hi Ladies,

I was wondering when trying to loose some stubborn bodyfat what are your opinions on usuing shakes like 2-3 times a day instead of "food"

Real food is always better because you know what's in it. Protein shakes can have "stuff" in them. One or possibly two won't hurt, but real food is just better. Also the protein in real food will take longer to process.
