One of the favorites, most used and recommended types of protein is the Whey isolate.

Recently I've heard and it's become popular the beef protein isolate.

What do you think of these proteins, your pros, cons, experiences.

the most popular whey protein is concentrate. it is cheap and guys don't know any different

that doesn't mean it is best. you want to pick isolate that is good quality.

personally I don't recommend anyone use protein powder of any form. just another hassle the body has to deal with processing it.

I'm fine with a whey concentrate

What I think of them?
I don't see any problem consuming them.
They are not necessary for muscle building but they are quick and convenient way of getting your protein in if especially after working or if you are on the road, in a hurry etc...

Most people don't digest dairy products well. Myself included.

I personally use a vegan protein. I use the innotech nutrition organic fermented vegan protein.

Most beef proteins are made from hydrolyzed gelatin - which is an incomplete protein source and does not contain all the essential amino acids
