Protein Powder for Cooking.....

Prizz

New member
I make a few different chicken/Fish type cassarole-type dishes.... I also make this Egg pie type thing too..... I'm wondering if anyone puts protein powder in some of their food while cooking it? I know there are a few Natural/Flavorless protein powders out there...... Anyone use any for cooking? Thanks

Whey Protein, as an example, has a fairly low melting point and would break down under enought heat.
