Hi everyone, question, what is the best cold cut or the one with the best nutritional value ? out of the seven days of the week I eat sandiwches about 4, becaus of work and college I have to bring my own lunch , I'm dieting for the summer too so I want to pick the best cold cut that helps my diet.

processed meats are one of the worst things you can put into your body

the nutritional value is shit bro, they are also very acidic in the body which is an attractant to disease.

i know you are busy with stuff but everyone is. you have to find a way to eat healthier than depending on cold cut sandwiches

nobody ever got in shape eating sandwiches man

Yeah I was talking to someone about this recently because I do like the occasional cold cut sub during my lunch.

But have you ever seen a pro eat cold cuts at any point of their prep?

They aren't garbage but keep in mind its processed food and it isn't really quality.

There are much better options. Not to mention all the nitrates, preservatives, artificial flavours and colours...cold cuts are full of fat and empty calories. A lot of cold cuts have wheat and bread crumbs added as a binder. Just read the ingredient list on the package and you will think twice about consuming it. Probably half the ingredients you won't even be able to pronounce.

It's always best to stick with single ingredient foods on a diet. They give you the most bang for your buck. If you compare 100g of cold cuts to 100g of boneless skinless chicken breast, the chicken breast will be much lower in calories and fat while providing more protein.

Not to mention the fact that most food preservatives are estrogenic in the body.
