Excerpt: chicken seems to be the most popular meat out there. It is sold everywhere can you tell me how much protein is in different chicken parts and what is the best part to eat? Also how do you cook it? Right now I am grilling it but it comes out too dry.

    chicken seems to be the most popular meat out there. It is sold everywhere
    can you tell me how much protein is in different chicken parts and what is the best part to eat?
    Also how do you cook it? Right now I am grilling it but it comes out too dry.

    i eat chicken breast daily no skin
    its about 20-30 grams or protein/breast

    so just boil it or grill it both are good

    a little recipe for chicken is lime, paprika, black pepper, salt.. marinade for 2-3 hours then grill it. it will preserve for several days and you can re-heat

    you need to buy a thermometer so you can cook it to 170 degrees and that is when you know its done
