    You're eating through the day. Only if you was properly hungry would it be carbs

    Nothing before a workout because you don't want your body focusing on digestion while you are training. Both are important parts of your diet though. Protein for repairing muscle and carbs for all the nutrients you get from things like berries and green veggies.

    By far protein. For me carbs are situational. Protein is constant.

    Both are actually. Cant build muscle without carbs either. The right carbs don't make u fat. So ppl who don't each good carbs domt know anything about nutrition
