Are you talking powders or whole foods?

The very best amino acid profiles are found (by the order most desirable) ...... in non fat cottage cheese, white turkey, fish (tuna, halibut, salmon), skinless white chicken breast and red meat. red meat is as good as any profile but the amount of saturated fat makes it less desirable to some. Eggs are decent also but the body only absorbs about 80% of the protein consumed.

Someone else can comment on powders or my thoughts .... I am interested in that also.
