Pre comp diet help

Hey people I've been training for 5 years
2 on AAS sorry to drop that bomb but just wanted to be 100% with you all
I want to start doing comps but I don't feel I'm at that league let so I wanted to run a test diet
Pretty much want to diet for a comp without actually competing ...
Stats are
85kg
11% body fat
175cm
Age 23
No trolls actually looking for some advice
