mines in my sig

this winter if I keep the food intake the same and add 1 gallon of 1% milk per day I will be at or just above 5000 calories per day. I'm only going to do that for about two weeks on and two off to see how I react
 
This is mine

(1, 6:30) 6 weet bix, 2 glasses of skim milk, 30 grams whey (650 cals)
(2, 8:45) PWO, 40 grams whey, 80 waxy (500 cals)
(3, 10) sweet potato + kangaroo (400 cals)
(4, 2) sweet potato + salmon (500 cals)
(5, 6) salmon + 30 grams of flaxseed oil (500 cals), then squash/tennis practice or a run
(6, 9) sweet potato, spinach, onion, brocolli, 50% fat reduced cheese (700 cals)
(7, 2am midnight snack) 50% reduced fat cheese (300 cals)

A few random apples, and almonds, peanuts, cashews etc

3700 cals +
 
This is my plan for today, which happens to be my high carb day.

Here's my bulking diet that I have put together all spreadsheeted out and everything. Of course I change it up once in a while but I make sure to keep the cals and ratios similar.

Cals: 4415
F: 116g, 23.5%
C: 522g, 47%
P: 327g, 29.5%
