I'm just curious if it's possible to gain muscle while on a very low carb diet. Like under 40 grams of carbs a day.

Sure, it's possible.

Depends on your training history and how well you know your body.

I think it'd be easier to gain on a carb rotation rather than restriction though.

Tren is your friend LOL. Not if you're a newbie though

Very difficult to train well without carbs. There is really no point in low carbing if you weight train. You burn fat in the fire of carbs.

low-no carbs? maybe you could maintain muscle with use of steroids, but I have a hard time beliving you could gain very much.

NO

one needs to fill muscles with Glycogen
not to mention the brain need it to function at 100%

while it is possible to survive on a "Ketogenic Diet"
its only "surviving" as far asd I am concerned
