Please Critique my diet.

Hey Guys, All is good 6 weeks after cycle and currently 3.5 into pct. I have noticed my appetite has gone down but I am still shoveling food into my mouth. Starting to look soft, but all good things come to an end right?

Anyways Please review my diet, I would like some feedback.

Male

166 lbs currently.
5'7''
12% Bodyfat
Activity level 1.6
Body type: Ecto/Mesomorph

Lifestyle Goal: 3200 kcal a day

Macro Breakdown: Protien 1.3g per lb, Fats 20%, Carbs Remaining Kcal

I try and Eat every 3 hours.

Daily Intake Goals:
250g Protein
72g Fats
424g Carbs

Diet from Yesterday:

Meal 1:
1 large Egg
1 Cup Egg Whites
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 tbsp Natural Honey
3 cups Spinach
1/2 cup Mushrooms
1/4 cup onions
1 Slice Pepper Jack Cheese

Meal 2:
8 oz Chicken Breast Chicken
2 cup Sweet potatoes

Workout:
Pre Workout Black Coffee
BCAAS

Post Wrokout Shake:
1 Large Banana
1 Cup Diced Frozen Natural Mango
1 Cup Diced Frozen Strawberries
1 Cup No Fat Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop Egg Protein Powder

Meal 3:
2 cups Sweet Potatoes
6 oz Sirloin Steak

Meal 4:
6 oz Sirloin Steak
.5 cup Sweet potato
1 Cup Steamed Green Beans


Meal 5:
2tbsp Almond Butter
1 Whole Wheat English Muffin

Totals: 3380 kcal
59g Fats
464g Carbs
269g Proteins
182g Sugars
