Please critique my cycle diet

Hello bro's, im in week 2 of my first cycle (dbol\test\EQ and heres my diet.This is based on a workout day, on rest days i have half an n large at the last meal which brings the total cals down about 300.
Im not sure if im increasing my cals too quick as my maintainance is around 3000. Ive also been reading the in the war that you need around 800-900g carbs to me this seems a little high.

7.00am
100g oatmeal
0.6 L skim milk
1 scoop whey
1 banana

823 cals\54 protein\130 carbs\10 fat

10.00am
3 slices of wholewheat bread
0.3 L skim milk
1 scoop whey
75g roast beef

714 cals\69 protein\84g carbs\12g fat

1.00pm
3 slices of wholewheat bread
0.3 L skim milk
1 scoop whey
75g roast beef

714 cals\69g protein\84g carbs\12g fat

4.00pm
0.3 L skim milk
1 scoop whey
1 banana

340 cals\33g protein\48g carbs\3g fat

7.00pm
16oz boiled potatoes
6oz steak
red wine sauce

988 cals\61g protein\125g carbs\27g carbs

8.30pm workout

10.00pm post workout n large mixed with 0.6 L of skim milk
804 cals 70g protein\116g carbs\6g fat

TOTALS 4383 cals\356 protein\587 carbs\70g fat
 
Right, the thing is mate if i take out the bread and skim milk im going to have to replace them with something, what would you recommend?

If i took out the bread i would lose 600cals\24g protein\126g carbs\6g fat.

and if i took out the milk i would lose 700cals\70g protein\105g carbs\4g fat.
 
100%Whole Wheat Bread doesn't effect insulin or lead to fat storage anymore than a potatoe would, just don't eat breads that are overly processed and also don't avoid milk, I would not drink it before bed though.
 
Ive just looked and its wholegrain malted bread which i guess is the same thing.
So i should avoid the skim milk at bedtime then, is that because of the sugar content?
