Excerpt: What do you guys pick out when you go to the grocery store and buy beef? I've been getting the 90-10 beef and i eat that like 6X a week. beef is so easy to cook because you can just look at it and tell when its done and it only needs some salt and pepper. they also have grassfed, 80-20, and 85-15.

I really only eat ground chicken. With beef it is more steak or grass fed burgers.

Grass fed 85-15 is good for general purpose use 90-10 is still pretty fatty because the percentages are by weight. Id rather have the higher quality beef. If you want complete control, Id recommend getting a meat grinder and making my own.
