Peanut butter

Excerpt: I see a lot of posts on here where people talk about peanut butter (Morning, in a shake and pre bed meals). Looking in to this as I can stomach this a lot better than cottage cheese. But can anyone recommend which type? Im assuming that your standard Sun Pat etc isnt the healthiest choice - so any recommendations would be very helpful Thanks

    switch to raw almond butter. way healthier if you must use something like that

    at the end of the day it is still processed down.

    any peanut butter off the shelf is gonna be full of crap

    Just use it as a treat. So ANY will do if you're only having a teaspoon etc

    A little bit goes a long way with peanut butter so keep that on mind. Just go to the store and pick the one you want. There isnt much difference

    Don't get too crazy with the peanut butter. It's a healthy fat but too much will definitely make you fat.
