Overnight muscle loss?

On Tuesday I weighed 171lbs, been pretty consistent at that range for a few days, BF 15%.

On Wednesday my wife was sick, and between shuffling her around to the doctor, pharmacist, I missed dinner, one or two protein shakes, half my usual water intake, and my workout. My protein consumption for the day was probably around 150g or so. (Been really struggling with working out too lately)

Thursday morning I weighed 166lbs, and still at roughly 15% BF.

Now before you say water weight, know that I've been dieting 2 weeks with the Crum diet, but I've been messing up on the weekends. Last weekend I drank quite a bit of alcohol, but still ate pretty decent. Could it be that the alcohol caused water retention and today it's reflecting my true weight? Or could I possibly lose muscle that fast?
 
You didn't lose muscle that fast. Had to be water from the alc. dehydration rebound. That happend to me after spring break. You'll be cool.
