Organic Rolled Oats

I bought a pound of Organic Rolled Oats at the health food store (in bulk) for 89 cents.. but since these aren't the instant kind.. I don't know how to cook them.

How do you guys prepare these? And is there any way to prepare them ahead of time so you can have them the next day for breakfast or at work?

they may get mealy if you prepare them ahead of time. rolled oats usually cook through in 3-4 minutes anyways.

i would just use a 1-1.5 water to oat ratio and cook them on the stove.

I don't like to cook my oats, i let then sit in milk for a while in the morning as i go and get ready and eat right before i jump out the door.
