is this healthy? Im trying to eat as healthy as possible. My goal is to gain weight, and stay as lean as possible at the same time. Does this stuff fit in.

If you were to consume 100 grams of granola (Quaker 100% Natural Oats & Honey), which is about 1 cup, you would be getting 19 grams of fat (8 g saturated fat), 66 grams of carbs with 26 grams of that being from sugars. So you would definitely increase your chances of putting weight on but it would not be a very good choice if you are trying to stay lean. Also, the high glycemic rating of the honey would negate the effects of the low glycemic rating of the oats.
