Opinions on Brie cheese?

Crowley

New member
I know that cheeses are not a good kind of mealsbecause they are so full of fat and lactose, but I just can't helpmyself with the Brie Cheese – like it too much. How does it compareto other cheeses? Perhaps it is not as bad?

As with everything, moderation is the key here. Yes, brie cheese is certainly full of fats and calories, but if you eat it in moderation - just to have a taste of it, this cheese will not make much of a difference to you.

The key is moderation. Brie is very high in fat and calories. Just enjoy a small portion and include it in a meal that doesn't contain a lot of carbohydrates. You could have some brie with celery sticks or carrot sticks. Something like that.

A before bed meal of some brie, some vegetables and maybe a can of tuna would be actually a pretty decent before bed meal.
