[FONT=&quot]I have a habit of waking up at 5:30 eating\taking my normal suplements including my pak than sleeping an hour or so till 7 -7:30 then get ready for work and shit. I bring my Protein drink with me at 9-9:30 does anybody see a problem with this.[/FONT]
 
I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume you also eat late because that is what we have adapted to doing in the US.

that means you literally are giving your gut no time to repair and detox at night

i would much rather you not get up to eat like that. and we are seeing an epidemic of poor gut health in people. and i can guarantee you that your bowel movements confirm that.
 
It's not the greatest to eat and then go to sleep to be honest.
