online diet/training program

hey guys i was just wondering if anyone knew of any servies that provide diet and training help. i was looking for something kinda like where they take your bodyweight, bofyfat and things like that along with your goals and make you a meal plan along with a training plan. i know theyre out there i just cant figure out the names and such. i am no stranger to counting calories and weighing all my foods before i eat them so anything would really help. thanks in adnace for any replies!!
