Which foods would be the most prominent in sources of omegas ? I am not a fan of fish so if I could be eating something else that are high in omegas I would really appreciate it! Do any fruits have omegas ?

omega 3's? i'm sorry but fish are going to be the best for that

also chia seeds and flax are good options

the only other thing i can think of would be walnuts as well. but the fatty and oily fish family are the best hands down.. i am catching mackerel right now right out of the ocean :)

Fish is what you need. You can add fish oil supplements if that is a better option for you.

Just buy the pills. Give Krill-TS a try.

Chia, hemp, flax, other sea food. Krill oil supplement. Different oils.
