OMAD shortcomings?
Excerpt: I have been interested in trying this for a while, 1 large meal per day probably around 5 or 6pm. it is called OMAD and guys like Mike Rashid and I know RickV/steve on the podcast also talk about it. I've been doing it for 2 months and so far I went from 20% to 15% body fat, i've never been this lean in my life. always a fat kid. what are the biggest shortcomings of doing it and why doesn't everyone do this diet ?

Re: OMAD shortcomings?
the biggest shortcomings are social lifestyle.
Jason Fung said it best, he likes to sit down with his family for meals. so you don't always get to pick when to eat, you have to eat when your family eats.
