what part if the city are you at?

I live in Va now (you know the saying - you can take the girl out of the city, but you can't take the city out of the girl). I from Rockaway, Queens.
 
Feb. 7th -

12:00 - 1/2 cup of brown rice, 3oz of chicken breast and 2 servings of veggies

2:30 - 1 pouch of pink salmon (15grams of protein)

4:30 - 1.5 scoops of French Vanilla Whey Protein Powder mixed w/ water.
