Good morning everyone!!

7:20am: 1 scoop of PP mixed w/ 1/2 cup of soy milk and 1/4 cup of Uncle Sam's Cereal

8:15 am: Weights - Chest
Dips (58lbs of assistance): 2 sets of 8
Bench Barbell Press - 3 sets of 8: 10lbs added on
Incline Dumbbell Press - 3 sets of 8: 20lb dbls
Pectoral Flys: 3 sets of 6: 12lb dbls
Dumbbell Pullover: 3 sets of 8: 25lbs
Decline Barbell Press - 3 sets of 8 (barbell only)
Bicep Curls: 3 sets of 6: 15lb dumbbells

9:15 am: 1 scoop of PP mixed w/ water

9:25: 1/2 cup of Pineapple Orange Juice

10:00: 1/4 cup of oatmeal (cooked in water) mixed w/ 4 egg whites and 1/4 cup of mashed sweet potato

2:45: 1 small drumstick (roasted) w/ skin

4:10: 1/4 of Detour Caramel & Peanut Bar (These bars are too good. Especially when one is craving chocolate around that time of the month)

4:20: Thin slice of homemade turkey meatloaf.

6:35: 20 minutes of light cardio (elliptical)

7:30: 1 small (roasted) wing w/ skin and 1 small thigh w/ out skin; lots of veggies

The fiber does count towards your calories..... but at the end of the day, the total carbs, say 125 - the fiber, say 25 = 100g net carbs..... The cals still count....

Good morning everyone!

5:30 - Cardio: 2.0 Speed Training Session (0% incline)
Warmup @ 6.2 for 2 minutes; Run @ least 7.0 for 3 minutes - Lower to 6.5 for 1 minute (if needed). Time: 17:50; Cooldown - 6 minutes
(Slower than last session; had to stop @ .85 mile to re-tie my sneaker; heart rate went through the roof - last 1.15 mile was difficult; had to lower speed to 6.5 more than I wanted to).

6:45: 1/2 cup of oatmeal (cooked in water) mixed w/ 4 egg whites and 1T of Strawberry PP

10:22: 1/4 cup of Uncle Sam Cereal w/ 1 scoop of PP and1/2 cup of skim milk.

12:25: 2 slices of turkey meatloaf (1.37lbs of ground turkey, 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup of chopped onions, 1 celery rib, 1/2 cup of mashed sweet potato, 1/4 cup of wheat bran- made 5 servings); 1/4 cup of brown rice and small spinach salad.

Totals (Finally got it right!!): Calories - 1279; Carbs - 97; Fat-32; Protein - 153 (24%/24%/51%)

Squats: 1 warm-up set w/ 10lbs added; 3 sets of 6 w/ 35lbs added
SLDL: 1 set of 8 w/ 20lbs added; 2 sets of 8 w/ 25lbs added
Lunges: 3 sets of 8; 20lb dumbbells
Seated Calf Raises: 3 sets of 12 w/ 60lbs added

9:30: PWO shake

10:30 - 1T of ANPB

For some reason this week, weights seem really heavy. I don't if it is due to PMS or fatigue. Keepin up good form and I'm not rushing through the workouts. I have one more weight workout this week, so I will get through it. Hopefully, next week things will be better.

Did not do cardio this morning. Apt. next door had a leak; maintenance woke me up and *&^%ed my night. Will do cardio this evening.

7:00 - 1 scoop of French Vanilla PP blended w/ 1/3 cup of Uncle Sam's Cereal and 2T of Flax meal

10:00 - 1 large bagel w/ 1 serving of Light Cream Cheese.

1:00 - Homemade Cannellini Bean soup w/ 1 cup of raw spinach. (316 34.5/11/27.5)

7:30 - 1 6oz can of tuna (in water) mixed w/ 1T of anpb (don't ask) and 1 cup of raw spinach

9:00 - 1T of Anpb

I know too much fat, however, after having 2 nights of not enough sleep. I needed something to knock me out. It was either anpb, a sleeping pill, or alcohol. Needless to say I slept like a baby and woke up energized for my morning workout.

Total Calories: 1261 Carbs: 108; Fats: 47; Protein: 111 (29%/35%/37%)
