Nutritional values of a whole chicken...?

hey guys.

today after leaving my gym I found a place that sells a whole roast chicken for £3.15! I bought one today, great stuff for after a workout in my opinion.

The chicken was on the medium size, what do you lot think would have been the nutritional values of the chicken?

Ball park figures would be great

your gonna have to cut it up remove the skin and weight the meat .divide the white meat from the dark meat. white has a little more protien and dark has a little more fat.

some one did this awhile ago witha cornich hen and claimed to have around 120grams of protien .
