Nut milks

Personally, i love almond milk. Didnt even drink cow's milk for a while until it boiled down to needing the calories.
I know there are rare exceptions out there, but we are the only species to drink milk past infancy and from another species. Kinda weird when ya think about it.
It's nothing compared to that rotten Icelandic fish food thing... eek!

good sub for milk if you care about animal welfare or the environment yes.
but in terms of health, they aren't necessarily any healthier. remember you are still consuming something processed. almond milk for example is heavily processed to produce the milk, but they add additional ingredients as preservatives. anything processed isn't natural right? so go with a raw almond over almond milk
