Out of curiosity why do you drink a shake with every meal? And it would have been a lot easier to read if you spaced it out

Bad choice bro. The extra shakes dont equal more muscle. They are a nice addition to your diet, but food is the key. Eat atleast 6 food meals plus 1-2 shakes. Your body will respond better to more food.

How many scoops u taking and whats ur bw ? Seems like way too many shakes man...cook up some chicken beeast/beef w.e and leave that in the fridge... Take it heat em up have it with potatoes/rice w.e....go for real foods

Meal 1:

1 scoop whey

Meal 2:
1 cup brown rice
9oz chicken breast
1 scoop whey

Meal 3:
2 scoops whey
9 tbsp egg whites

Meal 4:
5 eggs
7oz chicken breast

Meal 5:
1 scoop whey
9tbsp egg whites
6oz chicken breast

Meal 6:
1 scoop whey
9tbsp egg whites
1 can tuna
1oz almonds

Meal 7:
2 scoops casein
9tbsp egg whites

3,250, 88.6, 179.8g, 460.5g


Hopefully this time it will lost spaced out. a serving of whey is 3 scoops, each time you see that i am drinking whey with a meal it is only 1 scoop. So i am drinking 2 servings of whey protein/day. Not bad.

The majority of my protein comes from chicken.

I upped my carbs from 80 to 179. I am looking for ways to add more, i doubled my oatmeal first thing in the morning and added 2 servings of brown rice to my 2nd meal.

I want to steer clear of breads i think, and i dont like sweet potatoes. Any ideas??

Add in a baked potato post workout meal. And instead of the shakes up the chicken from 7 oz to 12 oz. And in some beef, beans, and whole eggs.

Throw in some Greek yogert plain... I eat the medium sized ones ... 46 g of protein .... I live on college campus and am so sick of the meat they serve so I use a lot of this lol.
