1: Oatmeal, eggs
2: Shake
3: chicken, veggies
4: ostrich stick, shake
5: steak, veggies
6: fruit, eggs

Workout:
Legs, abs...
Hit all the leg machines in the gym at 5X12
Ton of abs until burnout
 
Mood: Stressed out a lot!!!!
Weight: 287.4 - down another pound baby!!!

2: ostrich stick, almonds
3: salad, veggies
4: ostrich stick, shake
5: chicken, veggies
6: fruit, eggs

Workout:
Chest & Tris today:

Bench Press: 6X12
Tri push down: 6X12
Cable Crossover: 6X12
Butterfly machine: 6X12
Decline Bench: 6X12
Rope push downs: 6X12

Abs until burnouts...
