Need Routine And Supplement Advice

some tips
workouts are: eod
reps are with heavy waights going only from 6-9 reps per set
workout eod only doing 1-2 body pparts PER workout and workouts are for 30-50min
diet (high protein/ med carb/ med fat)

Is this routine good for gaining muscle size

Monday-- Chest/Shoulders

Tuesday-- Bicep/Tricep

Wednesday-- Back/Legs

Thursday-- Rest

Friday-- Same as Monday

Saturday-- Same as Tuesday

And so on

Hey, sorry it took me so long to get back...

I'm not really feelin' that routine, don't like 2 major BP's in the same day, don't like training chest or back right before or after arms...how bout something like this:

Chest
Legs
Back
Arms
Shoulders

2-3 days on, 1 off

The day you hit a certain BP will change and the days off will rotate...

After 2-3 months you tak a week-ten days off, then you change the order in which you train each bodypart...

Like i told you before,for a year and half i was hitting one bodypart each day,it increased my power but no muscle gain.Will you still recommend the same routine you wrote in the previous post?

Also is this routine fine

-- chest/lats on day1
-- bicep/tricep on day2
-- shoulder/legs on day 3

and then repeat this the next 3 days.Sat,Sun Rest

Should i buy some protein,as people in my gym say that it helps in recovery and hence increases muscle size,is that so?

After gym i work on my pc for about 5 hrs,and then sleep for about 5-6 hours.Am i giving my body proper rest?
