Need help achieving some aggressive goals

Hey guys. I've been around this forum off and on for what seems like a decade. I've been clean for 2 decades and intend on keepin natty.

Here's where I am:
36 yo
227 lbs
20% bf
185 lbs of lean body mass
6'1"

I have a goal of:
Staying natural
200 lbs lean body mass (used to be)
225 lbs
10%

I work out 3 days per week on a push/pull/legs routine. I love Intermittent Fasting. I usually eat between 1pm and 9pm each day. 3 meals. 40%p 30%c 30%f And I can only work out at 7pm. My RMR is 2200 cals. I'm moderately active and probably require 3300 cals per day to maintain.

The only supplements I can take are protein powder and creatine. Beyond that I won't spend a dime.

Any advice you could give would be appreciated. I'm curious what it will take, how "hardcore" I'll have to be, and how long you think it will take. Also, if you feel I need to adjust my expectations, just say so. I have thick skin.
