I'm trying to gain a few pounds for the summer! My stats are as follows I'm 6'01'' weigh 218lbs I'm 26 years old train 4 to 5 days a week. I do very little cardio in my workouts. My body fat is somewhere around 10 to 12 percent. I eat maybe three times a day clean. I would like to bulk up to 230 to 235lbs . I don't really know a whole lot about bulking diets or what to eat to gain weight. Just wondering if you guys could help me out on a diet and some recipes. Any info would be helpful. Thanks. Hoss69
