naked chicken at Popeyes

Just saw a commercial for it...and it looked tasty. Now I'm just curious what the nutritional facts are for it. I've tried to google them, but i couldnt come up with anything. Anyone have any better luck?

Total calories (for a breast): 220. Fat grams: 13. Dietary fiber: 0 grams. Carbs: 0 grams.

So I guess its something I could munch on while I'm on campus?

Its just spices, skin and chicken, good stuff, now where im from the people that work at popeyes are MCdonalds Rejects, so who knows if they cook it right, and dont put batter on it. But I can only get popeyes in bad parts of town.

I don't think the FDA has a RDA for T-FA's but I guess you could do worse.
