my diet

hello! can you guys help me im on a high protein diet in the moring at 7am
i have porriage with 5grams of creatine then at 9am i have another 5grams of creatine then at 10am i have protein shake 3 scoops also sausage roll 2 ham roll and one chicken breast then for lunch i have one chicken breast and 5grams of creatine then in the afternoon i have a protein shake 2 scoops
and then just before working out i have a monster stack pack 12 tabs (zma,lots aminos ete..) then after traing i have a protein shake then just before bed i have pasta and a jacket poto.

i was 9st 3 when i started two years later im now 14st 4 200pounds
and im finding it hard very hard to put on weight so could you guys help me
to find a supplement to push me to bulk up more thank you for your time

i am by what no expert but i think i know where you are going wrong....

you say that you where 9stone 3 when you started on this diet and you are now 14stone, well you need to increase your cal intake as you are now eating for a 14stone person, not 9stone which means you will need to up the cals in order to get bigger or put on weight....
 
I'll post my diet:

Meal 1: 14 egg whites 2 whole eggs + Whey protein shake
Meal 2: Steak and rice
Pre - workout meal(3): Chicken breast and Pasta
Post - workout meal(4): Whey protein shake and Dextrose
Meal 5: Steak and rice
Meal 6: Chicken breast and pasta
Meal 7: 14 egg whites + 2 whole eggs + Whey protein shake.

A good supplement that u can add is PureCEE
