I would change a few things:

-Drop the nuts, too many carbs.
-You need more chicken and beef, at least 6-8oz. 4-5 times a day.
-More veggies 3-4 servings a day.
-I always add in 40g carbs after workout no matter the diet, it helps with recovery.
-You will need to increase your calories in order to contine to drop weight.

You are going to need a carb up day in there as well, where is it and what does it consist of?

I've just been looking into CKD diets myself, but from what I've been reading is Post-workout should be Protein only. Some people can add carbs in there without kicking themselves out of ketosis, so I guess it's trial and error. But everything says no fats post-workout.

I do Carb ups on Sundays, Start with around 100G Dextrose right after workout, and than load up on total of 700-800 Grams of Carbs , mostly sugary sweets, Cereals with no Fats, Skim Milk, Waffles, Ice cream ... stuff like that...

I can't eat that much meat a day, and How can I get my Fat's up without having the Nuts?

And 1oz of Brazil nuts has 19 Grams of Fat, 4Grams of Proteins and 4 Carbs, So I don't think it adds up to a lot of Carbs, its just a way to get the Fat's up

i have just started a ckd diet as well . i do agree that your carb intake is a little to high
this is what my diet look like
protein an flax oil
chicken salad with cheese
2 strips of bacon an 2 eggs
beef snag's or mice patty an cheese
then i repeat meal 1 2 an 3
witch give me 160'g protein ,140 to 150'g fat an under 30'g carbs, cal 2250 give or take

I started CKD but my weight went up by a lb and then came back down and is now steady for 3 weeks. Obviously I am doing something wrong but I know not what LOL. Trying to figure it out. i haven't lost a pound at all.
