id do cardio every morning 40mins and a small muscle like traps, bis tris, calves..then at night Id hit the big muscle groups like chest ,quads, hams, back chest or shoulders..weights 5 days per week..cardio 6 days per week..
the tren is dosed at between 75 and 80mg/ml...home made...may trainer and me..there is no bullshit 1hr hard lifting ..fast pace
