i just started a 7 meal a day diet as opposed to my old 6....it's around 4200-4500 cals a day
so i was trying to get about 600-650 in each meal, but half of the time i can never really get to that 7th meal (unless i decide to stay up another 2 hours lol)
is it ok if i spread it out through 6 meals?
say.... 700 cals a meal or so. would this be just as effective or no?
