mixing your protien powder. (sugg)

I found something that mixes very well with protien powders. I do not know why but it seems to break even the clumpiest of powders into liquid and with minimal ounces.

The only drawback is that its carbonated and I know some of you believe that carbonated water is not so great. Anyway to the point...

the product:
* DIET RITE Tangerine flavor.

the skinny:
*no calories
*no fat
*no carbs
*no protien either
*no caffine
*no sodium
*no aspartame
*it does use "splenda" as a sweetener.
*its very light, I barely notice the "tangerine" flavor.

I mix 90g of powder with 6 ounces of Diet Rite in a 1quart tupperware waterbottle thingy and have no clumping whatsoever, its really the consistency of milk. I shake it for 20 seconds and let it sit for a minute.

try it out if you need to mix powder on the go and hate the clumpyness or gluey mess you normally get by hand shaking.

a carbonated drink + protein

never even thought of it
Is it "good" ?

Its good. When you mix the powder it kills all the carbonation. Orange sunkist is better but it has to many calories.
