Minerals mostly needed

Ideally you should be getting these all through a well balanced diet. Really you only need to supplement the things you come up short on (or better yet adjust your diet). Shortcomings can usually be diagnosed by your doctor with blood work and deficiency symptoms. I think at the moment, I supplement zinc, magnesium, and boron as far as minerals go (probably don't need to, but erring on the side of caution)

gut health needs to be fixed first

you won't absorb shit if you don't.

for testosterone levels boron and zinc are crucial. 80% of guys even on this very forum are deficient thanks to soil depletion and conventional foods. greed and profit over health.. that is why you see seemingly healthy guys who eat pretty good still have low test levels

If your diet is at least somewhat balanced you should not need to worry about any specific minerals.
