Milk and Bulking

Hi Guys.
I would like to know what type of milk I should use now that I am bulking. Should I use skim milk which has about 1 gram of fat or should I use whole milk that has 15 grams of fat and more calories.
My only concern is if I drink whole milk that I might start putting on to much weight around the waist. Mind you I have allready about 16% bodyfat. my other stats are 5'11 and 198 LB.

whole milk has a lot of fat and cals even if you are bulking
 
the release of amino acids into the blood stream from the digested protein(s) will cause a related insulin response. the addition of the sugars contained in the milk may cause unwanted fat storage...

always use water when mixing protein drinks
