maintaining diet,plz criticize

maintain diet,plz criticize
well i started my cutting diet on last week of may ,it was so/so past 2weeks now its been goin clean and started to do morning cardio,i have 3more weeks to lean out until my vacation so if i am lucky i will get to 155 for the summer .........i was wondering for maintain the 155 or lookin lean would this look good as meal plans


Meal1
-4eggwhite,1yolk,scrambled
-Cheerios(cereal) in skim milk or just plain oatmeal

Meal2
Cottage Cheese with fat free yogurt and strawberries

Meal3
Steak or Chicken Breast with mixed veggies or salad

Meal4
Cottage Cheese

Meal5
any type of meat and veggies or salad

meal6
egg whites or something

during this maintain diet i will drink diet sodas like 1 or 2x a day and try to get some form of exercise ,any suggestion or other foods i can eat while maintain? how about FAT FREE RICE CAKES?
 
A couple of questions for you...

If/When are you lifting?

When is your last meal of the day?

and how much cottage cheese are we talkin?

Otherwise it looks good, Are you hungry?
If so, be careful you don't want to starve yourself
and cause your metabolism to slow down to compensate.
 
i am still in the progress of cutting,but as soon as i get on vacation thats my maintain diet,I hope to do some weightlifting if i get to a gym,or get a BENCH and stuff when down their, I'l probably do jump ropes in the morning
